Just bought this Alphacool Blizzard Copper with Eisfach and VPP755 pump combo and I'm wondering if I can use the bottom ports on the reservoir as inlet and outlet for the system?

Unfortunately this is not possible. The picture is the plate where the pump will be mounted. The view is seen from the reservoir inside. The blue is the inlet to the reservoir, the red is the inlet to the pump, and the green is the outlet of the reservoir. I hope I could help you.
