Alphacool Eiswand 360 - Maintenance

Hello Alphacool,

Been using your Eiswand 360 to cool my personal gaming system ( Ryzen 5 5600X , RTX 3070 ) for about 8 months. Lately I've been noticing louder then typical pump noise. The noise does go away sometimes when shut it off and restart after a minute or two. But its been consistently happening for the last few days. CPU and GPU temps are still in the same range as before the noise started (50 degC CPU 60 degC GPU when gaming)

Looking for general support/advice to maintain/service my cooling loop. I'm currently gathering supplies to flush, drain then refill the system hoping that this will resolve the issue.

Hi, regular maintenance is always important. Otherwise, you can also contact our support team by email about the pump issue. (info@alphacool.com)
It would be helpful if you could record the pump noises and send them along. This could be helpful in finding the problem.
