Alphacool Eiswolf 2 3080 TI issue

Alphacool Eiswolf 2 3080 TI issue. My water block seems to be rusty and never changed the water. The temps seem to have gone up also from before and been using it for less than 1 and a half years. Seems to be corroded quiet badly. Please advise.
