Hi, but memory temperature is to high.
Temperature according the manual, i have 2 cards and two WC :
1º Setup :
Mem temperature full load: 94º
2º Setup
Mem temperature full load: 92º
After change the thermal pads to 1.5:
1º Setup :
Mem temperature full load: 80º
2º Setup
Mem temperature full load: 74º

It is possible that one of your cards is affected by Nvidia's package problem. Can you please upload pictures of the thermal pads of the card with the high temperatures. Then we can see if there is enough contact to the components.

Please contact the support via email (info@alphacool.com). This is exactly the problem! Due to the tolerances based on the package problem, you have to apply 1.5mm pads instead of the originally planned 1mm pads in certain areas to get enough contact to the components. The manuals & assembly were planned according to the PCB design we had at the time. The fact that months later boards are delivered that all have different tolerences was not foreseeable at the time. The pads are not bad either! However, we solved this in an uncomplicated way by sending the appropriate pads free of charge to every customer who is affected by the problem.
was the last product i buyed from alphacool.. i am a client not a tester. i paid my products.

Like I said on the forum , both GPUs are assembled and if I disassemble them I will need to buy new adicional thermal pads because I smashed the 2mm thermalpad into 1.5mm.

If you start an RMA with the store where you bought the product, then you have to follow their rules. If Caseking wants the entire set back for an exchange, then that is their right and their decision. But that also means we don't start an RMA in parallel, no manufacturer does that.
