alphacool eiswolf 2 pump/fan speed

I have built the aio to my rtx3090 without any problems. I am not sure on two things:

1- How do I control the pump speed when attached to my motherboard? (asus strix z690 gaming f)

2- how do I control the speed of the fans, I have plugged then directly into the mother board (chassis fan3) via a fan hub. There does seem to be a connector directly to the aio to control the fan speed. Can it be linked so the temp of the GPU adjusts the speed of the fans on the radiator?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if Asus software allows to control fan/pump speeds using GPU temps, Gigabyte (what I have) don't allow it, so I use a free software called FanControl.
But anyway you should set pump to 100% and can leave fans at constant 50% and you'd be good
