Hi,

Had the Alphacool Eiswolf GPX-Pro for the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Windforce OC since 2020. Unfortunately the pump gave out and i'm wondering what pump i need for the replacement (I can replace it myself).

Also what is the right manual for the thermal pad replacements? I see there are multiple variants and can't seem to find out which one is the right one. Need the right thickness for the pads and locations.

Please help

Hi,

if I’m not mistaken, you should be able to find the manual at the link provided. However, please take a close look at the PCB shown there. The cooler is quite old, and the storage system for these older manuals is a bit messy, so I can’t say with 100% certainty that this is the correct one. But you should be able to tell from the pictures whether it matches your version.

Hi @Eddy

Thanks for the quick response.

Any chance you can point me to the replacement pump product? Is it the dc-LT 2600?
Also what pads would you recommend?

For the pumps, you can go with either item 13332 or 13289. The DC-LT2 (13332) runs a bit more quietly compared to the more affordable first option.
For the thermal pads, I’d recommend the Ultra Soft series, but the Eisschicht Light pads will also do the job — for example, item numbers 13011 or 12856. The pads can be easily cut to size using a large kitchen scissors or a utility knife.
As for the 2 mm pads, you can basically use any type. They mainly serve to protect the PCB and don’t contribute significantly to cooling performance.

Much appreciated @Eddy

Ordered the stuff and will be fixing it soon.

Thanks again for the help after 5 years of running this great cooler.
