Alphacool Eiszyklon Aurora LUX how connect controler to motherboard?

Hi!

I bought 2 x "Alphacool Eiszyklon Aurora LUX Digital RGB - 3er Kit (120x120x25mm)"

Currently my fan and rgb controler hub is connected with added power cable 4 pin to molex and molex to PSU. I can't control fans by MB. I have remote to control rgb and speed of fans, but every system start up controler hub gives full rpm on fans and it's annoying.

I think the solution would be to connect the controller power cable to the MB to control rpm or not and I am wrong.
I've noticed there is additional 2 pin conector on controler next to the power plug with no inscription.
Mayby this is solution to control fans form MB but how?

Problem is I don't know what kind of cable I can connect control hub to motherboard to control rgb and what most important the fans.

Please help me how to control fans rpm form MB, I even dont care about rgb... ;/

Hi @Uri666 , @Thomas_S

Unfortunately I cannot help here directly. ?

The controller is included with the fan set, and according to the description, you can only control the speed and RGB via the remote control.

Unfortunately, I can't say more now, I would have to have the set and test it first.

Best Regards

@Eddy @Thomas_S @Luckystricker

Well f*** ??
Could you please recommend a controller that will support 6x 6 pin fan and rgb from alphacool and will be able to connect with MB?
Otherwise, it turns out i've thrown my money down the drain. ?

How about: AEROCOOL H66F CONTROL HUB ? should be ok?

Support msg:

Hi Damian,
you can control the fans over the included controller and the remote control. IT is not possible to control the fan speed over the Motherboard.

Have a nice day,

Best Regard

However, the functionality of the adapter included in the set is explained in detail in the article text & also in the data sheet. All functions can be controlled externally and independently of the mainboard by remote control via the controller.

A quick look at the AEROCOOL H66F CONTROL HUB reveals that it allows fan control via PWM. If your MB has the necessary connections, it should be possible to control your fan RPM with the controller.

I didn't find the counterplug, so I used the same (Coolmoon adapter) + 2,54mm Stiftleisten, cut the plug to y the fan poles, the others are 5V aRGB. I found the polarity diagrams in the internet. Shrink wrap over it.

The AEROCOOL H66F CONTROL HUB does not work with the same pin alignment system as the original alpha cool head controller attached.
It is my great pleasure to announce that I am throwing OCOOL fans in the trash and buying fans from a company that predicted that someone who builds a $ 8,000 PC wants to control the speed of fans form the level of BIOS.

Thank you for your help and I wish you all the best in the new year.
