alphacool Eiszyklon lux rgb error

just set up a new pc, first time turning it on everything was fine, everything was working. the i started testing fans i changed the color, mode and it was fine. until i speeded up the fans, and they started flashing weird. i restarted the pc and only one led was working to every fan and the remote wasnt working. remotes light comes up but no sign of fans. can some1 help me?

How did you conect the LEDs?

remotes light lights up when i press a button bet nothings is responding

Hm, ok, not sure if the controller or the fans have a defect. Please write an email to info@alphacool.com with a link to this thread. And let them know where you bought it.

So i tried connecting it to my old pc and led lights didnt turn on but fans were working. bet when i tuned it off all led lights flashed for a second, and yea. i checked all the wires they were all fine. ill send a email and see what next. Thanks for help
