Alphacool quick disconnect leak when unplugged

Alphacool HF Quick Release G1/4 IG Bulkhead, brand new, female (?, the one with outer ring with thread inside) leaves a puddle of water overnight when not connected to its counterpart and I have to top up my loop. Please confirm this is not normal and advise. Thanks!

Of course, this is not normal. The only way out is via the RMA. Which country do you come from?

Thank you, I am from Czechia. Will contact my reseller. But I am not thrilled about having to undo my loop, I was hoping for actually doing something wrong.

It's always just the one part that you don't test. Like everything in life. You test 99 out of 100 things and that part is the problem.
