I purchased the Alphacool VPP655-PWM pump in late December 2019. Yesterday it failed. Here's a video of what it sounds like:
. I had a spare pump (same model) and swapped it out so my system is back up and running. My custom loop only had distilled water with a couple drops of Mayhems Biocide+ and Inhibitor+.

Hi, never heard a sound like this before but yes the pump is damaged. Have you purchased it directly from us?
Than you need to contact PPC,s regarding RMA replace please.
