Apex Monoblock 14679; retailer order stalled; need status check.

I'm a US customer waiting on an Alphacool Apex Monoblock ROG STRIX X870E-E Gaming WIFI (article 14679, EAN 4250197146791). I ordered it through ModMyMods on August 6.

ModMyMods tells me they've had no shipping status from Alphacool, and that a separate order of theirs has been packed at your facility for over a week without moving. Your shop lists 14679 as in stock with 25+ units available, so this looks like an outbound issue rather than availability.

Three questions:
  1. Can you check when the order is scheduled to ship?
  2. If there's a faster route ( European retailer holding stock who ships to the US, or a direct shipment; I'd appreciate the pointer). I'm happy to pay for expedited service.
  3. Can you confirm the actual hold up?
If it helps, this is for a commercial workstation, with a fast approaching deadline.

Also, when will the next container be loaded and sent to the US? I imagine one of the longer process points is probably you all consolidating shipping; I just want to make sure I can get my order on the next one.
 
I’m not going to provide information here about when specific products will arrive at particular US distributors. That is handled by our sales department in coordination with the distributors themselves.
I also can’t tell you which retailers in Europe still ship to the US because I simply don’t know. We do not monitor which retailers ship to which countries.
