Are the temperatures normal at Ryzen Threadripper 3970X with Alpachool?

Hello, I'd like to know if it's normal to reach 94°C while playing Star Citizen for half an hour, or 89°C in PUBG. Or 60°C at idle. Am I doing something wrong? I just installed a new Alphacool Eisberg 240mm Aurora cooler, and the thermal paste is also from Alphacool, from 2019. Could that be the problem?

I'd like to know if these temperatures are normal since the case indicates compatibility with Threadripper processors.

I'd like to know what temperature ranges the manufacturers specified for this CPU.

I used the sRT40 socket case kit. Perhaps the manual has an error regarding the washers or dampers needed for proper contact with the CPU's IHS?

I want to know if I'm within the manufacturer's recommended operating range to rule out any problems.

The Eisbaer Aurora is not an ideal AIO for a Threadripper. The cooler base, or rather the fin area, does not cover the entire CPU.
It can certainly be used for Threadripper, but not for variants with almost 300 W of heat output like your CPU. For that, you would have needed an Eisbaer Pro, as it has an adapted cooler base.
In addition, a 240 mm radiator is a bit ambitious for a CPU with almost 300 W. A 360 mm version would definitely be more appropriate.
And a 7-year-old thermal paste should have been thrown away 5 years ago and should no longer be applied to a CPU.
There is no error in the manual; the mounting system has been described unchanged for many years.
