Artifacts after Instalin Eiswolf 2 on RTX 2080 Ti

I dont know did i damage anything, I really hope I did not but games keep crashing and i get this: 1684235237659.png
stuff not loading etc. Idk if thats because i didnt put all the screws maybe i missed some, cooler works great tho, could it be that gpu didnt dry out or thermal paste could be conductive, did i actually damage something?

Hi,

All components such as thermal pads and paste are not electrically conductive. It looks more like you have damaged parts on the GPU itself when installing the water block. This can happen due a ESD or damaging components, bended PCB and much more.

maybe it is from alcohol humidity, il let it stay unpowered for next several hours disassemble it and clean it if needed because artifacts only appear in games

As i thought letting it "cool down" fixed the issue, :), now i just need to find how to overclock it lol if you have any tips id be grateful ☻♥
