Do not purchase their products from unauthorized resellers. Alpacool does not state anywhere that they will not honor a warranty of any sort if you do and you will not find out until the needs arises. Also be warned as there is plenty of proof besides mine that the sealed aio systems develop algae and will ruin in less than a year.

You have been warned....don't make the same mistake I have.

as we have told you via Mail already, you have to contact outside the EU your reseller regarding a RMA complain. Our official reseller outside the EU are responsible to handle our offered warranty. If you are purchasing from a unauthorized reseller, we can´t help you with your claims with them. In this case your local laws are lawful. As we have also told you, due the custom regulations, we can´t handle it directly, since the costs for you would be exceed the purchasing price, due the shipping costs, custom fees and so on.

It is also written in our warranty-terms, that the reseller is responsible.
