Can you rmove the Eisbecher rod.

Hi there
i was think about buying Eisbecher D5 pump and reservoir but anyones knows Air is bad for your system
and the water fall effect generates alot of air bubbles , so can remove the rod and still keep the
anty vortex and bubble plate ?
if you cant then im going some where else to get pump and reservoir , i want a full Alphacool system ,
but that waterfall effect is the deal breaker for me.

Hi Hexxas,

Since the pump is getting the liquid from the bottom the few Airbubbles which the water fall effect is producing are not moving into your loop.
Alternativ you can fill the reservoir over the tube so you won´t have the water fall effect.

This is a Eisbecher reservoir and it has the special function so called bubble down. Quote from the product description:

Bubble Down:
It is placed at the bottom of the reservoir to prevent turbulences that could lead air into the watercircle.
