Cancel order

It seems your website does not have a "cancel order" function, so I'm asking for help here.

Order 30125699, made on the 21st of October,I would like to cancel it and get my money back.
I am not willing to wait indefinitely for a supposed preorder that's been delayed for a month, nor am i satisfied with the way Alphacool handled this. I want my money back.

this is just awesome. your staff colleague , in another forum, linked this place to write for cancellation.
i wonder if the email will send me to another email or ask me to do it by phone or whatever :)

Usually you can also do this via the forum. However, some of our support staff members are ill and therefore currently not on the forum. I am part of the marketing team and cannot process orders. Therefore you should send this directly by mail to info@alphacool.com.
