Check Order Status - 9070 Xt Taichi Waterblock

To whom can answer,
I am wanting to check my order #10483175 please. I have not received any further communication from your company since placing the order. I ordered this item on the 16th April 2025. The item is the Alphacool Core RX 9070 XT Taichi with Backplate -
Article-No.: 14752.
I completely understand that there have been issues related with supply and demand with production for consumers , but I would appreciate some form of further communication in regards to where my order is at. I have noticed that there have been several new 9070XT variant water block released for pre order, yet I have not heard anything about the block I order which has been available for quite a while now. I would have expected that Alphacool would have had orders prioritized according to the order date and finalize existing orders before releasing a new product. Alphacool is a brilliant company, especially with how the custom water cooling scene is at the moment with other companies. I want to keep this opinion of your company but I am slowly feeling like we as customers are being let down a little. I completely understand that there is more demand that supply at the moment, but communication is essential and doesn't take much effort to excel at.

I hope to receive some information soon. I have also sent off a support ticket too. Hoping to here where my order is at.

The demand for this cooler — and all our other coolers — is currently extremely high. We clearly stated on the product pages for the new models that delivery times can take up to 8 weeks, as we definitely won’t be able to ship anything earlier.

I know this is incredibly frustrating, and yes, the communication could absolutely be better. The truth is, we weren’t — and still aren’t — fully prepared for a situation like this. Our system wasn’t built to handle such long wait times or to send automatic updates in between. We’re currently working on restructuring the entire email system to improve this, but that will take time.

Normally, we were always able to fulfill all pre-orders with the very next delivery. This is the first time in our company’s history that we’ve found ourselves in a situation where some customers will have to wait through 2 or even 3 shipments before receiving their product. It’s… to put it very plainly and honestly… a crappy situation.

And as exciting as it is to be overwhelmed with orders, our support team is under heavy strain and, despite help from other departments, struggling to answer all inquiries quickly.

You will definitely receive a reply from support about your order. We’re expecting the next batch to arrive in 2–3 weeks. Based on your order date, I’m confident you’ll be receiving your cooler then.

Once again, we’re truly sorry. We’re doing our best. But I completely understand if frustration is building up and it’s hard to believe words like these anymore. Unfortunately, this is all I can say or do at this point.

Thank you so much for your prompt response. I have also received an email back from support. I appreciate the prompt help from all your staff. I completely understand the situation. I apologize for my abrupt inquiry. I understand that your team are hard at work and most likely are being slammed with frustration from your customers and challenges within the company with such high demand. Thank you for all that you and your team do. Your best is definitely enough. Especially compared to some of your competition. I look forward to hopefully receiving my waterblock when your stock is received. Thank you again for your dedication to your customers. I appreciate the update.

I can only say thank you for the kind words — and also for your patience and understanding. Understandably, we haven’t been hearing that very often lately, given the frustration some customers are experiencing. So thank you — it truly means a lot.

Hi Eddy, do you know if the timing you're referencing is also applicable to the Alphacool Core Geforce RTX 5090 Reference - currently the status on that page shows as Delivery Date Exceeded but not sure if that's included in your comments in regard to new coolers (originally when I ordered it did show an 8-10 day delivery expectation which has now passed).

Understand the demand issues and appreciate the updates - really just trying to see whether I should bypass my loop temporarily and install the card with air cooling while I wait for the water block. Thanks again, really appreciate it.

Dimachaerus, yes, bypass the loop! I did, and couldn't be happier with this card. You should probably test it anyway prior to the heatsink swap. Fans are loud!!!

Eddy, patience and understanding from most of the community here. If we didn't respect the product and the team, you wouldn't have the orders.

If you only placed your order two weeks ago, you won’t be receiving a cooler from the current shipment — or the next one either. The waiting list is very long. I wouldn’t expect to receive your cooler before mid to late June. :-/

That’s very kind, thank you. Still, there’s frustration — on both sides. If you take a look around the shop, you’ll see that a lot of items are out of stock. Things are pretty crazy at the moment.

@Eddy, the world is crazy at the moment, doesn't mean we need to follow suit. AND....it's 5 o'clock somewhere......oh ya, here...lol
