Contact frame any benefit? Core one block with am5

Does am5 benefit from a co tact frame like thermalright? When using a core 1 block. I just ordered core 1 locally.

I can't answer that for you. We have never tested or looked at the contact frames. It hasn't been an interesting topic for us so far.
