Cpu Back mount - break

Hey,

I got a few products from you, all of them are high quality and perform great.
The last AIO I got (Eisbaer 120) has two problems,
1. The cpu mount for the back of the motherboard is made of fragile plastic, the inserts in it (female screws) are made of metal and while tightening all the screws - very carefully, I installed many many systems - it broke, the leg of the X broke - very disappointing.

2. The fans are loud with a noticeable annoying pitch - on the other hand the Eiswolf I got - got two great performing quite fans.
