Dark Base Pro 901 Apex Distro Plate- Adding External Radiator

This is a data science build in the Dark Base Pro 901 with the Apex Distro Plate. Currently have a 360, a 240, and 2 140 radiators in the plan. With CPU and GPU at 1050 watts, I'm considering adding an external radiator or at least the fittings for one in the initial build. I've a few questions about the best way to do that. Should the external radiator be connected to one of the standard APEX in/out pairs, or should one of the pump outs be used? If using a pump out is preferred, then what should be used as the return? Also, should I consider adding another pump for the external loop? Thanks!

It doesn’t matter where you connect the external radiator. Just connect it wherever it fits best. It’s a closed loop anyway. A second pump isn’t a bad idea. One pump would be sufficient, but it would probably have to run at 100%. However, if you go with something like a SuperNova 1260 radiator, you wouldn’t really need all the internal radiators anymore. They would be completely unnecessary, or put differently, they wouldn’t improve cooling performance in any meaningful way.

If you leave out the internal radiators and only use the external SuperNova radiator, a single pump will be sufficient. In that case, a second pump would not be necessary.
