DDR5 RAM cooling

Hello,

I have an ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-I GAMING WIFI motherboard with only 2 RAM slots, fitted with 2x Crucial CT32G48C40U5 modules.

I would like to add a watercooling solution for my two RAM modules but since a x2 block is no longer available from Alphacool, the only solution I can think of is the use of 2 modules of NexXxos RXP-1 RAM-Cooler .

In terms of compatibility, would it be compatible with DDR5 memories? I would assume it is, given the design of the module, but on the product description compatibility is confirmed up to DDR4 only (and perhaps it's because DDR5 memories are fairly new) and it would be great to have some sort of confirmation.

They will not fit on DDR5 because DDR5 built much higher.

That is not on our agenda at the moment. If & when then I can't tell you. But I don't think it's likely in the near future.
