Dell OEM RTX 3070 Ti

Guys, I have a Dell OEM RTX 3070 Ti that is made by MSI. I'ts similar to their Ventus but not exact. The 12v power connectors are much closer to the GPU than the ref designs.
Do you have a block that will fit this?

Sorry, but we don't have a cooler for this card. It does not even remotely match any PCB layout of any MSI card that we know of. The card is extremely trimmed down and shortened, like most OEM cards.

How to make a simple cooler block with usual China parts and a lathe?

You'll have to figure that out for yourself. Of course, we do not deal with that.
