Hello,
as the title says,What isnthe difference between tec protect and CKC coolant?

Are they suited for different purposes, and can they be interchanged (by fully replacing and flushing old coolant) in eisbaer products?

Thanks!!

Hi @Burro

The CKC is used in the Eisbaer and Eiswolf product range. The Tec Protect is a further development of the CKC, it has a lower surface tension than normal cooling liquids and reduces foam and bubble formation during filling and operation. If you want to fill up an Eisbaer or Eiswolf, you can use distilled water, CKC or Tec Protect. If you change and rinse all of the liquid, first with distilled water (no detergents) and then you can fill up with either CKC or Tec Protect.

Best Regards
