Difference between the AlphaCool Core(13450) and AlphaCool Eisblock(13458) for Sapphire 7900 XTX Nitro

Is the cooling plate the only difference between the two? Do they both have the same RGB strip? Is there a thermal cooling difference between the two?

the only difference between the Core and Eisblock Aurora series is the design of the water block.
