I have eisswolf 2 for the 6800xt and i want to make the loop for the cpu, so i have another 280mm radiator, a cpu block and a 200 reservoir with a d5 pum.

the D5 is 800l/h ( I will use it 50%)and the dc-lt is 75l/h.

My question is what to do with the dc-lt pump, turn it off, on? At this moment i dont want to open the eisswolf and take out the pump, in the future i will, but i dont want to brake it at this moment.

turn the pump off or on will create any problem to the loop?

Thank you and sorry for my english its not my mother tongue xd.

HI,

you should run both pumps, which is also no problem. If you turn off the DC-LT pump it is a big resistance and will affect the water flow. Therefore we recommend to run both pumps, which can also offer some safety. If one pump dies the other one can still run the system so that you can save everything and shut down your PC.

that is no problem. The pump will simply run with their RPM and the water flow will be indicated from the stronger pump.
