Discoloration

Ive owned the Eiswolf 2 AIO for about a year and have noticed some discoloration and buildup. Is this a result of normal use or something serious? If it is normal what is the best course of action? Currently no impact to performance or cooling has been detected

Hmm, ok, if RMA is not an option, are there alternative solutions to this?

If you don´t want to RMA the water block, you can try to clean it by yourself, but I would suspect that it will help and will also void your warranty.

if I were to flush and refill the waterblock myself, do you have instructions and reccomened products?

HI, if you want to clean the system by yourself, you have to completely dismantle the product. For this, we don´t offer any manual, since it will void the warranty. You have to remove the Radeon/Geforce Logo on the terminal to find the first screws to start the dismantling. If you have removed the acrylcover, you can start to clean the copper with a soft toothbrush and some distilled water.

what if i just wanted to flush and refill, do you have instructions for that along with reccommendations for flushing agents and coolant?

Hi,

with only flsuhing you won´t removed the deposits. We are recommended only to use distilled water to flush a system or our core loop cleaner. Please don´t use any chemical cleaners or vinegar, as recommended in other forums. These cleaners will damage the copper parts.
