Do I have any chance of getting my order shipped soon?

Hello, I understand there's a lot of pressure on the 5000-series water blocks. But when it finally counted down about 2 weeks ago to being "in stock", my order was not shipped, and the RTX 5090 ROG Astral reset to another ~14 days again, and now after waiting another 2 weeks it has reset again to yet another 2 weeks, without my order being shipped.

I would think I ordered fairly early (February 3rd. at night time). A bit of estimation/prediction would have helped somewhat, but I am also eagerly waiting to get started on my project Could you if possible see if I could at least expect my order to ship on the next restock in ~14 days, or should I expect to wait even longer?

Honestly, I can't tell you exactly. There are currently two shipments on their way to the main warehouse, but they won't even cover half of the pre-orders. If you placed your order in February, there's a very high likelihood that you will get a cooler from one of the shipments.

At the moment, it looks like we are expecting that all pre-orders for all coolers placed by the end of last week can be shipped by about the middle of next month. So, in general, unfortunately, one has to expect very long delivery times right now.
