Those are the customs duties and UPS processing fees for handling customs clearance. You’ll have to pay those — that has nothing to do with us. Anyone importing goods from abroad is responsible for paying duties. As the buyer, you are the importer.
We ship worldwide, and this is completely normal in any country outside the EU that doesn’t have a free trade agreement with the EU. How high the duties are depends on the country’s own regulations.
We can’t help you with that. You pay us for the product and the shipping, not for customs fees.

Further inspection revealed customs fees and brokerage accounted for the $200 additional cost.
This is the first time I have ever had to pay customs for a European or UK purchase.
I'm not complaining and really glad you actually produced the blocks.
