Hello there,

I bought various sizes of these rotary plugs
17585: https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/...cool-es-d-plug-20mm-g1/4-ag-to-g1/4-ag-chrome
17586: https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/...ol-es-d-plug-25.5mm-g1/4-ag-to-g1/4-ag-chrome
17587: https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/...ol-es-d-plug-31.5mm-g1/4-ag-to-g1/4-ag-chrome

Except for the smallest one (17245, https://shop.alphacool.com/en/shop/...le-nipple-rotatable-g1/4-ag-to-g1/4-ag-chrome) all others pop-up on a dry pressure test, when reaching 0.4bars.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a hack which I can use to make them work quickly without waiting for the warranty replacement? they're really holding back my whole project now.

The pressure they're supposed to hold at is 1.5bars, but at 0.4 they bust.
They simple pop out of their socket.

Any ideas?

thanks,
S

The pressure test refers to leak tightness. These are extensions that are usually clamped between two products. They are only meant to be extensions.
