is the AIO pump rated to handle the increased flow resistance and coolant volume introduced by a second 420mm radiator, and does it maintain adequate flow rate under that load? I use the AIO for threadripper 7980 and I was wondering if adding a second 420mm radiator will make any differenc

Adding another radiator is not a problem. However, you still won’t see a significant improvement in cooling performance. The CPU only has a heat output of 350W, which isn’t particularly much for a 360mm radiator. More surface area will only increase the cooling performance slightly.
