Eisblock Aurora GPX-N RTX 3080/3090 XC3 – missing G1/4" terminal in original and replacement, no response after follow-ups (Order #30211963)

Hello Alphacool team and community,

I am requesting help with a GPU water block that arrived incomplete, and a replacement unit that arrived incomplete in the same way.

Timeline​

• 12 Dec 2025: I submitted a support request via the contact form because my new water block arrived without the water terminal / G1/4" inlet-outlet interface component. Without this part the block cannot be connected to a loop and is unusable. I also noticed the inner plastic bag was not sealed.
• 15 Dec 2025: Alphacool support asked me to send pictures/video.
• 16 Dec 2025: I replied with photos clearly showing the missing terminal.
• 18 Dec 2025: I received a reply from Kaner Demirci stating: “We will send you a new cooler as soon as possible.”
• Replacement received: I received the replacement cooler, but it is missing the same G1/4" terminal again (photos attached). The block appears to have the mounting surface/screw points for the terminal, but the terminal itself is not included, so the block is still unusable.
• 29 Dec 2025: I emailed support again with a detailed description and photos, asking for the missing terminal (or return instructions).
• 8 Jan 2026: I sent another follow-up asking for any update.
• Since then: I have not received any response.

What I need​

At this point I do not need another full replacement water block. I need only the missing water terminal / G1/4" terminal assembly for this exact model, so I can actually use the block.

If Alphacool prefers a return instead, I can return the received unit, but I would need a return label, and the correct return address/procedure.

I am attaching photos showing:

• the water block as received, without the G1/4" terminal, and
• the packaging/documentation.

Could someone from Alphacool please advise the next step and help resolve this? The product is currently unusable due to the missing terminal component.
