I just received my Eisstation VPP resevoir and am wondering if I can use the top G1/4 port as the inlet and block off the front inlet with a G1/4 plug?
Based on the orientations in my case it would make things significantly easier to run my loop this way, the other option is to mess with lots of 90 degree fittings to effectively run tubing around the side of the reservoir and then up which isn't going to be great for good flow.
Disassembling the reservoir and looking at the ports, the front inlet appears to go in and then directly up in a tube and then 'overflow' into the main reservoir body so it seems like it is very similar to just having the top port as an inlet?
