Eiswolf 2 - RX 6900 XT - Pump Not Working

I installed the Eisbaer and Eiswolf a few days ago. My temps have gone down on the GPU but I don't think the pump is working. I can't tell visually as it is full of water and everything just appears clear. When I put my hand on the pump casing, I do not feel any vibration. And when I connect it to my CPU Fan header, I get a CPU Fan error like it doesn't sense it. I want to connect Eisbaer and Eiswolf but want to make sure the pump is working first.

HI,

when the pump doesn´t show any RPM signal, it isn´t working. DId you also check in your BIOS Settings, that the pump is always running with 12V or 100% PWM.

I tried every header I have on my motherboard, they all get the same thing. I now have it plugged into AIO_PUMP, but it is still not showing an RPM. I checked the BIOS and made sure all fans and pump were set at 100%. Unfortunately I still have the same issue.
