Hello, recently my gpu get too hot all of sudden. It get way too hot when gaming it shuts the PC down. Idle temps are 50c they used to be 29c or lower. I checked all the pads and reapplied thermal paste but it's still too hot. I don't know what to do.

The pump wasn't running I moved the unit around a bit and it was working until now its making noises. How would I check the copper plate?

I've been trying to get audio but it happens randomly and quickly. I think the pump isn't circulating water well because the sound it makes is kind of a grinding/churning sound.
