Eiswolf status after 1 year

Hello,
exactly 1 year ago i bought and mounted the Eiswolf 2 AIO, during the periodical summer-end dust cleaning i've noticed a certain amount of dirt and maybe some "oxidation", i also tried to remove the plug on the radiator to fill it a little since i always unplug the quick connectors to remove it, and small drops of liquid are always lost. there are attached photos of both waterblock and cap/plug.

Obviously the plug has been cleaned from that paint-bubble.
Is this normal? how do i clean inside the waterblock?

Just did the cleaning myself, but it will propably affect the warranty.
U can follow my way but u have to be carefull.

Separate the block from the graphics card and let the water flow out.

U have to heat up the plate with the logo. It is just glued with a stripe, so its not hard to remove it. Once off, u can see the pump and 4 screws, after removing them the blak part with the pump will come off, revealing 5 screws. Removing the silver ones will allow u to remove the black cover on the front. Now u can acces all screws which allows you to disassemble the whole waterblock.

The "brown" plate on the middle of the block is loose, u can take it of an clean it from both sites.

When mounting everything together be extra carefull with the seals! Just flooded my system, cause i have not noticed that one seal slipped a bit and was not perfectly in place, when i assembled my block. Thx god i made a test run before turning on all components.

You can flush the entire system by using the fill port on the radiator. You can also top up coolant via the port.
With this degree of contamination, you can also write to our support team by email (info@alphacool.com) and please send the pictures along! You will quickly get feedback on how to proceed.

Hello, sorry for the late answer, I did turn off notifications a while ago, and I've let it run with distilled water for like 2 hours, then filled with Alphacool Tec Protect 2. It's definitely cleaner than it was before, but it looks like there's some corrosion around the fins.

I'll write to the support team tomorrow, and eventually try @gabrielo's method, thanks for the answers!

Please do! The result with the new liquid is still not satisfying!
