fan speed issues

hello, i recently bought AIO for 3090 ventus and my fans were going up and down. i did find a thread on this forum about broken splitter which i can confirm that is my case. so i tried unplugging one fan and now the fans are going at full speed all the time. do you have any solution to this? thanks

update: i set manual curve in bios so now its good. so the only problem that is staying is the splitter. what i can do about it?
