GPU AIO compatibility - new waterblock

I currently have an Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO - 360mm for 6900XT (article number 14459). How modular is this AIO in reality? I see that the waterblock itself is a normal Alphacool waterblock with the integrated pump attached to it. In the future, if I upgrade the GPU, is it possible to buy just the waterblock and replace it on the AIO, keeping the rest of the components?

The Eiswolf AIO has been around since the RX 5000 and RTX 2000 series, and the pump unit could be upgraded with new coolers up to the RTX 4000 and AMD RX 7000 series. That’s three GPU generations after all.
However, with the upcoming RTX 5000 and RX 9070 series, that’s coming to an end. The new coolers are not compatible, and a new AIO generation is planned for release next year.
