Grafikkarten Kühler defekt bei Lieferung / GPU block defective on arrival

Hi Alphacool team,

heute kam mein Grafikkarten Kühler ( Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 Gaming Twin Edge ) bei mir an. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass einer der Abstandshalter zur Montage des Blocks samt etwas umliegendem Acryl ausgebrochen ist.
Ist das beste Vorgehen, den gesamten Kühler inklusive Zubehör zurück zu schicken oder gibt es eine bessere Möglichkeit?

today my new GPU block arrived ( Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 Gaming Twin Edge ). Unfortunatly it had a defect on arrival. One of the spacers that connects the GPU to the block had broken of taking some acryl with it.
Is the best possible way to return the entire cooler including all accessoires or is there a better way of handling the situation?

Das der Beitrag in der englischen Sparte ist, ist kein Problem.

Ich würde dich bitten das du eine Email an den Support ( info@alphacool.com ) schickst, verlinke den Beitrag am besten dazu und wen du ihn nicht nicht direkt bei Alphacool gekauft hast bei welchem Reseller dann. Die Jungs und Mädels können einem so am schnellsten helfen. Kontrollier eventuell auch den Spam Ordner in den nächsten Tagen, manchmal landen die Antworten dort.

Just wanted to post the outcome of the issue here.

Send the defective cooler back to alphacool and they send me a new one which is working fine
Turnaround time at alphacool was just 1 day which great!

Just took me until now to complete the build and do initial testing (which indicates the GPU cooler does a great job!).
