Hi Alphacool team,
heute kam mein Grafikkarten Kühler ( Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 Gaming Twin Edge ) bei mir an. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass einer der Abstandshalter zur Montage des Blocks samt etwas umliegendem Acryl ausgebrochen ist.
Ist das beste Vorgehen, den gesamten Kühler inklusive Zubehör zurück zu schicken oder gibt es eine bessere Möglichkeit?
today my new GPU block arrived ( Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-N RTX 3070 Gaming Twin Edge ). Unfortunatly it had a defect on arrival. One of the spacers that connects the GPU to the block had broken of taking some acryl with it.
Is the best possible way to return the entire cooler including all accessoires or is there a better way of handling the situation?
