grinding sound

Im a little concerned about a fairly loud grinding sound coming from the pump of my eisbaer 240LT i have checked and made sure that it is indeed the pump by unplugging it for a short time while the system is on as soon as i do the sound goes away, sadly i cant work without my computer so i am unable to cease use of it i have only had this product working on my pc for about a week now.
would like any advice on this matter if possible.
