Hello,

I have the following Problem.

After I converted my Systems to Warercooling my GPU Hotspot Delta (under load) is 30° C. GPU Temp is like 50-60°C and the Hotspot is like 80-90°C.

For the conversion of the GPU I used Article 13458 on my Sapphire AMD 7900 xt Pulse.

What did i do wrong?

If I have to repaste the GPU, which Paste should I use? And is it good If I use Thermal Putty for the vrms?

HI,

when mounting the PCB make sure, tha the PCB is straight and everything has contact with the water block. Unfortunately, AMD has the problem that the PCB´s are often wavy instead of straight. THis can cause problems with some Hotspot sensors. Which part of your GPU don´t have contact can be checked with the help of the sensors. As example if your problem is the GPU_GCD Hotspot, the problem lies directly on the GPU DIE. Which is indicating that the GPU DIE is not completely in contact with the cooler.

Hello,

which value shows me where (Example GPU_GCD) the HotSpot occurs?
The attached image shows the values after one Stell Nomad stress test (3D Mark, 20 Loops)
