I'm trying to figure out how much coolant I need, and would like to hear if anyone knows how much coolant the Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 560mm Radiator holds?

That should be around 700-750 milliliters. When in doubt, always order 1 liter more coolant than you think or expect.
