How to minimise noise?

Hello.

i have a large case (Bequiet 900) and a 9900K+AMD RX580 to cool (plus 64GB RAM, 2 M2, 2 SSD if that matters).
Currently it is air cooled and temp are around 50 and noise is OKish at low power but the graphic card esp. gets very noisy when used fully.

I don't want to overclock just minimise the noise (9900K is often around 120W).

I can fit 2 420mm rads in the case and i already have 8x bequiet 140mm fans.

Questions
- which rads do i need to minimise noise? i was guessing that bigger would mean lower fan speed.
- which pump is the quietest?
- should i control the loop via PWM or via water temp? i am running linux and the support is not great.

I am open to AIO or full loop and don't care about RGB.

Thanks.

This is hard question because you are using Linux.
If you don’t OC, just buy fan with under 1000 RPM every thing will be quiet.
lm-sensors and fancontrol packages can help, but i’m not sure they will work with latest motherboard like yours.
One more thing, more fan more noise, 120mm rad is enough for rx580, 240mm rads is enough for 9900k with no OC.

OK I will try the easy way with 2 small rads.
Some sensors are working under linux but not all (some temps are obviously incorrect), fancontrol is working fine.
