How to orient Apex 1 cpu offset kühler am5 full copper

It is unclear in the manual how to orient the AM5 Offset Cooler on the AM5 motherboard.
I aligned the cooler so the wording matched that of the MSO Motherboard (words correct side up). The mark left by the thermal paste on the cooler plate actually covered one of the screws in the plate. I assume this is incorrect.

Should the mark left by the CPU's thermal past be in the center of the cooling block? or
Is it correct the the mark cover a screw as noted in the attached picture?CPU_Block.jpg

On a standard ATX mainboard, the connectors must be on the right-hand side next to the RAMs. Then it is correctly aligned.
Do you have a picture of the installed state?
Otherwise yes, the cooler base is not centered on the CPU because the CPU hotspot is further down. Therefore, the cooler base is offset so that the nozzle plate sits directly on the hotspot to increase the cooling capacity.

Thank you. That is the orientation I used to install the block.
I understand the design intent, it is why I purchased the block. It just seemed odd that the CPU came in contact with that screw.
I was also concerned, from the look of the paste, that plate does not sit completely flush with the plate. It appears from the picture that the left side was not in full contact with the plate. I followed the the screw tightening procedure.
The mother board is an MSI x870e Godlike. For completeness, I will add a picture once I have the block reinstalled.
