I Requested to cancel an order 4 days ago and today it got shipped - Order 30208701

I made an order on the 16th of October, then a day or 2 later I requested through the customer support a Cancelation of my Order while it was not even been shipped , no one ever replied and today I received email from DHL that it’s Shipped !

Which email address did you use to contact us, and which address exactly did you send your message to? Then I can check what went wrong. It’s best if you send that information via private message.
Otherwise, you just need to refuse the delivery. The package will then be returned to us, and you’ll receive your refund.

I used the contact support and then cause I thought that wouldn’t do enough I even resend via the Complain and return.

I’ve removed your email address — please never post it publicly, as everyone here can see it.

The last email we received from you was on August 15, 2025, regarding delivery issues on your end. I don’t see any email in which you requested a cancellation, and emails cannot be deleted from our inbox. There’s also nothing in the ticket system under your email address or order number, and one of those must be provided for a cancellation. Therefore, the order was not cancelled.

As mentioned, your only option now is to refuse acceptance of the package and wait until it is returned to us.
