I'm losing patience. I ordered a water block for a Zotac 5080 on February 6th, and the delivery date was 6 to 8 weeks. If I had known it would take more than 16 weeks, I wouldn't have ordered it. The delivery times keep getting pushed back... I've already sent two emails, and they're asking me to wait again and again. Honestly, I've been ordering online for 30 years and I've never experienced anything like this.
The rest of my order was in stock; the least they could have done would have been to send me my order without the water block (a gesture of goodwill). I know it costs you more in shipping, but the problem is with Alphacool, not me. My payment has been cleared.
I have no confidence anymore, how can I be sure of having my waterblock this summer? My computer has been disassembled for almost 3 months, I bought the Zotac card because the waterblock existed at Alphacool, the card is too big for my case if I don't put the block... So my graphics card has been in its box since the beginning, when I think that I struggled to buy it.
My question is simple, when will I receive my order n° 30192836?
