Inno3d RTX 3080 Frostbite need to check

Hi guys, my friend just bought a brand new 3080 Frostbite yesterday but the screws of his graphic card look dented so much. Can you guys help me to check out his graphic card? Is this normal final product quality with dented screws? thanks.
