Is 5090 block compatible with my Corsair HydroX components?

Hi,
do you know if the Alphacool blocks is compatible with Corsair HydroX rads and CPU waterblocks?

Is there any dangerous in "mixing metals", they should be all copper right?

I am not aware that material problems can occur here. But we have never carried out a material test with other manufacturers. Therefore, I can only rely on what Corsair itself states.
