Is my order ready for the shipment?

When I ordered the RTX5090 Gainward it was written that the waterblocks would be available in 4-5 days...
now after 6 days it says 15 days. Do these waterblocks exist or not?

Can you give me an indication of when my order will be shipped?

i orderer my Block for the Asus Astral on 30.01.25 When i ordered it they sayd it will be available in 3-4 Weeks...

now its 6+ Weeks... and i heard absoluteley nothing xD

I find the lack of communication from Alphacool incredible... just ignoring their customers

I tried webform (a week ago) and email (yesterday) but they are ignoring me.
I don't know what is the sense on the "expected availability" on their shop if they are not able to meet that expected availability forecast.
