No, we do not offer the O-rings separately. With proper use, there is normally never a reason to replace them.

What kind of coolant did you use?

Have you tried soaking the O-rings in diluted citric acid overnight?
Barrow concentrated liquid Red, Rose
I Tried citric acid, vinegar, hydroperoxide, clorox, baking soda, sodium percarbonate, potassium hydroxide, Isopropyl alchol. none of them worked.

Okay, that very clearly explains your problems. With that liquid, you basically destroyed the cooler. You should also urgently disassemble, inspect, and clean your pump, if that is still even possible. With this liquid, you have essentially contaminated your entire cooling loop.

You can try sending an email to info@alphacool.com. The colleagues there can check whether there is any possibility to send you the O-rings and the jetplate. But honestly, I almost doubt that they will do so. Still, it is worth a try.
